Thankfully, there are three easy solutions to the issue to choose from: Something had happened to cause this, with information provided on your end, it is hard to say what caused this suddenly. If the xml file is lacking mod related info to link it to the mod(s) assets, that would cause it to be unable to show them in the character build screen. Chargenmorphcfg.xml is responsible mainly to be able to display them on the character build screen. If your first playthrough character still retains her appearance that is influenced by these very mods, this means the mods are fine, but your chargenmorphcfg.xml is the issue.
